Event: Salty Yoga – Breath, Body and Mind – Hatha Yoga with Michelle Wade, Friday, September 22nd, 6 to 7pm

Michelle Wade, Ashtanga Yoga, will join us in the Salt Cave to lead a Hatha Yoga class that includes instruction on yogic breathing and a healthy body posture.  Connecting breath and posture, building core strength, and increasing blood flow and stretching. The Salt Cave will add an extra layer of healing and respiratory health with Halotherapy!

There are 10 spaces available for this special event. Bring your own yoga mat. Socks are worn in the Salt Cave. Cost is $45/pp.
