Step into the Salt to experience a combination of Halotherapy and Reiki Energy. Halotherapy is the inhalation of dry salt particles that help cleanse the body’s respiratory system. Reiki is universal life force energy channeled through the practitioners’ hands. The combination will soothe and relax you and balance the body physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Traditionally there are 7 major chakras that are aligned along the spine up to above the crown of our head: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, 3rd Eye/Brow, and Crown. This is the first of 7 Chakra sessions. This hour long session includes Halotherapy, and Reiki with a guided meditation focusing on unblocking and balancing your Root Chakra. If you missed a Chakra session last year, it will repeat this year.
